Brian A. Walsh, PE
Brian A. Walsh, PE, joined CSE in 2012 and is the current Owner and Managing Director of the firm. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Brian consistently strives to provide exceptional engineering solutions to a diverse client base, locally and throughout New England.
Brian has expertise in both conventional and fast-tracked project delivery methods. He specializes in a range of building design projects including residential, commercial/retail, mixed-use, and industrial facilities as well as additions, complex renovation, and re-use projects for existing structures. Brian is also skilled and knowledgeable of energy efficient and advanced framing systems.
Brian works with architects, homeowners, municipalities, and developers to provide building condition assessments, evaluate planned improvements, identify code imposed structural upgrades, prepare construction documents, and facilitate construction administration. Brian also conducts forensic investigations relating to structural damage from a variety of events including flood, fire, wind, and general structural overload.
