Construction Administration
CSE regularly supports construction activities by reviewing contractor submittals, responding to requests for information (RFI’s) and performing periodic site observations of structural construction to verify compliance with design drawings submitted as part of the building permit application.
The CSE engineering team can provide formal construction control documents and project oversight at the request of the owner or as otherwise required by local building departments.
Contractor Support
CSE supports building contractors in the field with timely structural engineering services related to the delegated design of structural elements in designer drawings or unforeseen conditions encountered during their work.
Restoration and Remediation
CSE supports remediation and restoration contractors with structural engineering services related to building damage repairs and removal of contaminated materials in close proximity to foundations. Our services generally include timely site visits, design of temporary support systems and/or permanent repairs and preparation of engineering documents for use in the field.
