Project Engineer
Elisia L. McLean
Elisia McLean joined the CSE Team in May of 2024 as an Engineering Intern and returned in May of 2026 as a full-time Project Engineer. Elisia earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with Structural Concentration, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in May of 2025. Elisia enjoys translating technical concepts into real-world applications and shares a strong interest in projects which blend architectural design and uniquely tailored engineering solutions.
Elisia is dedicated to supporting effective engineering solutions on diverse engineering projects and is skilled in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel and structural analysis software. In collaboration with the Project Engineer, Elisia conducts site visits, drafts structural plans, performs design calculations, and assists with project reports. Elisia’s genuine enthusiasm for innovation, attention to detail and readiness to take on new challenges make her a true asset to the CSE team!
