Engineering Intern
Elisia L. McLean
Elisia L. McLean joined the CSE Team in May of 2024 as an Engineering Intern. Elisia is a fourth-year student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and is completing her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Structural Engineering. Elisia sought out an internship with CSE while looking for the opportunity to collaborate on meaningful structural engineering projects in a supportive, small company setting.
As Elisia continues to explore possible career paths in civil engineering, she is building upon her strong interest in residential design to gain real-world experience with structural engineering applications for a wide range of design projects. Elisia is skilled in AutoCAD, knowledgeable in Revit and gaining experience in Bluebeam, Tekla Tedds and FORTEWEB. Elisia has quickly become an asset to the team as she brings her enthusiasm for problem solving, dedication to effective engineering solutions, and a readiness to take on new challenges!
