Mr. Berry founded CSE in 2007. Under his leadership the company grew to a team of four engineers through 2022 when he began his retirement. Mr. Berry provides expert technical consulting services based on more than thirty-five years of structural engineering and project management experience with a background in engineering, design and business development in private and public sectors. Mr. Berry’s structural background includes forensic investigations, condition assessments, structural design and document preparation, expert testimony and construction administration services.
